Kristina and Aaron

Kristina and Aaron had their engagement session a couple of weeks ago at Locust Grove. I have been so busy I am just getting around to posting my favorites. They are a really fun couple and I am really looking forward to their October wedding.

Allison and Brian are Hitched!

Allison and Brian were married on July 12th at Ascension Lutheran and had their reception at Persimmon Ridge. Here are a few of my favorites-- it was so hard to choose-- Allison was such an amazingly beautiful bride!

Their entire day really reflected their personalities. Simple. Beautiful. Heartfelt. I loved it.

Jen & Hank's Wedding

Jen and Hank's wedding on Sunday at the Henry Clay was amazingly beautiful. Their laid-back personalities made the day just flow. I must admit that I was a little nervous because this was the first Jewish wedding I have shot; I was afraid I might miss an important moment! Well, I am glad to report I didn't miss anything! Jen, Hank, and both of their families went out of their way to make me feel welcome and enjoy the day.

Jen & Hank-- you guys are a very special couple to me! I have truly enjoyed getting to know you both. You are two souls that were meant to be one. I love the way you love each other!

Kara and Eric danced their first dance to this song, and I got a little choked up. This song reminds me of my wonderful husband, Luke.

Kara and Eric, Huber's Orchard and Winery

Kara and Eric had a beautiful day at Huber's to start their official journey as man and wife. It was a gorgeous ceremony on the patio, which is small enough to be intimate and large enough not to feel crowded. There was not a dry eye in the audience by the time they had their first kiss. The reception was elegant, with a down-home touch to the cuisine.

I had such a great time shooting their wedding, I couldn't narrow down to the normal 10-15 images for a blog post. I am emotionally attatched to each of these images. I cannot wait for them to see all of the photos!

Meet Baby Jack

Let me just say, you have to check out Baby Jack's sock drawer in the first photo. His parents, Angela and Ben are soooo organized it's hilarious! I can't even keep my own sock drawer under control and I don't have any kiddos to worry about! They are first time parents, but they both seem like they have the hang of it!

We shot these photos last week and had a great time. The love between them made these photos very special- you can really see it in their eyes.
